These Bank Release Properties on La Manga Club were built in 2008 with an asking price of 489.000euros for the 2 bedroom townhouse.  The properties were “moth balled” by the Bank when the constructor went into liquidation.  The properties were brought back to the market in 2016 and the majority were sold.
