The Resort is only 2 km from the beach at Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor a natural lagoon on the Costa Calida. There is also a private Beach Resort exclusive to residents, which provides catering facilities, water sports, swimming pool and solariums.   The beach club is on the Mediterranean sea at on La Manga.

Roda Golf & Beach Resort has been built and designed by Calidona; a large constructor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality products and excellent customer service.

In addition to the PGA Championship golf course, there is a substantial practice driving range and putting green.  There are 4 tennis courts for residents´use as well as the numerous swimming pools on resort.  A shuttle bus runs daily from the resort to the Beach Club.

The Beach Club is a great day out for all the family and getting there is an adventure in itself.  First the shuttle bus from the Resort to the Ferry point at Santiago de la Ribera.  A 20 minute crossing on the passenger ferry across the Mar Menor to Puerto Tomas Maestre on the La Manga del Mar Menor, the sleeve or strip of land that runs north south to create Europes largest lagoon.  A further shuttle bus takes Beach Club guests 2km north to the private unique Beach Club, with its endless stretches of Mediterranean Beaches, private pool, bar and restaurant.

Back on the resort, there is a fantastic restaurant located inside the Golf Club House, Los Collados, offering sumtious seating, free WIFI in a relaxing environment.  There is a superb choice of dishes with generous potions, together with an impressive wine list and very palletable vino de la mesa.

Roda Golf & Beach resort have numerous dedicated childrens play areas close to the main apartment buildings.  There is a running track which circumnagivates the circumference of the resort and built into the running track are some obstacles for those who enjoy circuit training as well as running.

Finally the resort has 24 hour security, two entrances, secure fencing and gate houses and security guards who drive round the resort to give absolute peace of mind.


There is a wide range of property styles and prices available on the resort with something to suit every taste and budget.  Properties have been integrated into the resort with perfectly manicured gardens, aromatic areas of lavender, rosemary and feverfew and well located community swimming pools.


There are four villa styles offering two, three and four bedroom villas.  All villas have a lounge-diner, kitchen, ample terrace areas

Apartments at Roda Golf & Beach Resort are available with either two or three bedrooms and all have two bathrooms, an ensuite and a second shower room.   All apartments have a large integrated lounge diner, with patio doors to ample terraces and excellent views.

Brisa apartments are slightly bigger, again with two or three bedrooms.  These blocks have a different design with ground floor apartments and a two storey penthouse apartment taking the first and second floor.  Ground floor apartments have their own patios front and back, whereas the penthouses have the benefit of a roof terrace and fabulous views.
